Project Development

Overview

Our attorneys represent developers in structuring, negotiating, and financing complex development projects. We manage our clients’ needs among the other stakeholders in a project, including lenders, tenants and public authorities in order to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

We identity issues during each phase of a development project, from site evaluation, due diligence, acquisition, permitting, zoning, and financing, to construction, leasing, and disposition. We handle substantial commercial real estate projects, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use developments.
